Meet The Presenters

Dr. Tiffany Lester

Dr. Tiffany Lester is the Women’s Health Medical Director at Function, where she works with Dr. Mark Hyman to translate lab test data into personalized strategies that help women optimize their health at every stage of life. She is a board-certified integrative medicine physician, educator, and advocate, specializing in autoimmune conditions, hormone imbalances, gut health, and the effects of trauma and chronic disease on women.

Dr. Lester is committed to advancing equity in care and expanding access to personalized health insights.

Rob Fraser

Rob was the founding CEO and is the current President and CSO of Molecular You Corporation. Backed by his expertise in molecular diagnostics, molecularly targeted drug discovery and development, biochemistry and regulatory compliance, Rob Fraser drives the innovation behind Molecular You’s multi-biomarker analytics. He established a low cost method of measuring hundreds of biomarkers from a single blood sample, along with establishing a LLM model to incorporate the world’s leading scientific literature.

Rob has also been involved in leading drug discovery and development projects at Sanofi, Xenon, Neuromed and CDRD. Rob received extensive training in the molecular mechanisms of endocrinology while completing his Ph.D. at the University of Alberta and Harvard Medical School and Post-Doctoral Fellowships at Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto and IGBMC, Strasbourg, France. In addition to Rob’s scientific accomplishments, he has been involved in the raising of more than $37M in funding. Rob is also co-founder of GenXys Health Care Systems, Personalized Biomarkers Incorporated, Mesentech Corporation and Novobind.

Dr. Donese Worden

Donese Worden, NMD, is an internationally recognized integrative physician, researcher, entrepreneur, and media host with more than two decades of experience transforming healthcare through science, innovation, and patient advocacy. She is widely known for her expertise in integrative cancer support, guiding patients through both conventional and metabolic therapies while helping them make informed, personalized treatment decisions..

Recognized worldwide as a trusted authority in metabolic oncology strategies (including the ketogenic diet, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and repurposed drugs), mitochondrial health, and chronic degenerative disease, Dr. Worden is a co-author of the landmark clinical paper “Clinical Framework for Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy in Glioblastoma” published in BMC Medicine.

She is the founder of Repower Medical Clinic in Arizona and the co-founder of Prove It Research, a contract research organization that specializes in rigorous third-party validation accessible for the health and wellness industry. She continues to lead clinical trials for novel therapeutics, medical devices, and nutraceuticals.

Elena Panzeri, MSc

Elena Panzeri holds a MSc in Nutrition and Genetics from Twickenham University (UK) and a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster (UK). Additionally, she holds a three-year diploma in Naturopathy plus a fourth year of specialization in homeopathy and has been working in the field of natural medicine and nutrition for more than 25 years. Her main area of expertise is Personalized Nutrition based on the application of Functional Medicine testing, nutrigenetics, epigenetics, microbiome analysis and metabolomics.

Currently, her focus is on the implementation and translation of all omics technologies into clinical practice in order to offer cutting-edge testing to patients alongside more traditional healing techniques. Expertise areas include longevity, chronic and degenerative disorders, and highly personalized nutritional therapy interventions.

Dr. Sandra Scheinbaum

Dr. Sandra Scheinbaum is an innovative educator and clinical psychologist with over 40 years of experience integrating positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind-body medicine. Dr. Sandi founded the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) to revolutionize healthcare through the power of Functional Medicine Health Coaching.

Dr. Sandi is a firm believer that the future of wellness lies in the synergy of advanced lab testing and dedicated health coaching, a combination she views as the essential catalyst for transforming individual well-being and scaling the functional medicine movement. A prolific author and lifelong learner, she continues to lead the FMCA, bridging her background in education with her passion for holistic, evidence-based healing.

Rosemary MacKenzie

Rose MacKenzie is the Clinical Manager at Mira, where she assists healthcare professionals in effectively integrating Mira’s hormone monitoring tools into their practices.

Rose is well-equipped to provide education and support to providers and fertility awareness educators.

Additionally, Rose brings nearly a decade of experience as a natural family planning instructor, specializing in the Marquette and Sympto-Thermal Methods.

Alex Plant

Alex Plant is Head of Growth at Generation Lab, where he leads go-to-market strategy for the company’s biological age diagnostics platform, now the standard for longevity testing across 300+ clinics and 1,000+ physicians worldwide. An expert in longevity and healthspan optimization, Alex translates cutting-edge science around cellular aging and organ-specific health into actionable strategies for medical professionals and consumers.

With over 20 years of marketing leadership experience, he previously scaled Standard AI as its first marketing hire and served as VP of Corporate Marketing at Delphix. Alex holds an MS in Business Administration and Marketing from Northwestern University and a BA from Vanderbilt University.
