About Louisa Jewell
Louisa Jewell is the Founder and President of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, an organization that brings together leading-edge researchers and practitioners to share the latest knowledge on psychological well-being to improve the mental health of all Canadians.
She is a graduate of the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania where she was taught by the field’s founder, renowned psychologist, Dr. Martin Seligman. Louisa is a speaker, author and well-being expert who has facilitated thousands of people towards greater flourishing both at work and in their personal lives. Her work has been featured in many publications including Forbes, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Huffington Post, and Psychology Today. Louisa’s latest book, Beyond Self-Doubt with the New Science of Self-Confidence was released in June 2016.
