Internationally renowned for his work in integrative gastroenterology and nutrition, Gerard E. Mullin, MD, MS, CNSP is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. With over 20 years of clinical experience in the field of integrative gastroenterology, he earned his master’s degree in nutrition while in practice. In 2009, Dr. Mullin was named by the American Dietetic Association as an honorary member. He is an associate editor of several nutrition and integrative medicine journals and serves on several certification exam committees and boards. Dr. Mullin has authored and edited several books on nutrition and integrative medicine, has been interviewed on radio and television, and has contributed to many stories in print media. He has been featured in Marquis and Covington’s Who’s Who numerous times, and he has been selected as one of America’s Top Physicians regularly since 2004.
